This video gives an orientation and introduction to the belly meditation. I use the analogy of our consciousness or psyche as an inner ocean that we are exploring. Concentration meditation is like practising to stay steady in the water, for example staying close to a rock. The session is 20 mins in total, and includes some teaching and a short period of meditation.
The belly meditation is the first stage of the kath meditation, which is the core of meditation practice for students of the Diamond Approach for some years.
