DHUK 2024 04 (with Feb review)

PLEASE NOTE: If you did not do the February weekend on Space with DHUK, you must select one of the options with the February catch up.

5-7 April 2024 (Zoom)

The first half of 2024 will be an exploration of the quality of inner or essential spaciousness. This spacious openness is not an attitude based on ideas or beliefs. It is a state of being which we arrive at by seeing through the self images that have defined who we take ourself to be. Fully recognising a self image for what it is and allowing the emptiness that follows brings us naturally to a wonderful state of freedom, unencumbered by the heavy rigid ego structure that have defined our experience of ourself until then. We feel un-patterned and experience ourself as a clear luminous spaciousness, immaculate and light hearted, open to all the potential of our true nature.

Over three weekends we will engage deeply the practice of being present in the immediacy of our experience, and exploring and opening it up through the practice of diamond inquiry™. We will present teachings of the Diamond Approach ® on this quality of Essential Space so we can see and understand more about how we came to have the beliefs, ideas, and convictions that make up our personality.

This exploration will invite the quality of spacious openness to infuse our personal life, our love of truth, and our experience of reality as a whole with freshness, lightness and openness.

Important: **Mandatory February Review**

If you didn’t attend the February weekend, you must review those teachings before coming along in April – they are an essential foundation for what we will explore in April. Please select one of the registration options that includes the February review for an extra £125. Registration for new students will close on 27 March, to ensure you have time to review the February teachings before the April weekend.

If you attended in April but are not yet a member of the group, then select a registration option for April only.

If you have already applied and become a member of the group, please register on the Ridhwan portal at

If you are new to DHUK, or have been to one retreat already but not yet sent in your application form yet, you will register here on this site – Dom is one of the teachers of this group, and we use his website for new student registration. Please click “purchase this course” above. We offer a sliding scale of registration fees. We expect most students to be on the standard rate which is the middle rate. But there is an option to pay less if you need to (the lower rate), and an option to pay more if you are able to (the supporter rate).

Once your registration is complete, click the title below to see zoom meeting details, which will also be emailed to you.
